Interim application is taken out by the Applicant i.e. the original appellant for rectifying the name of Respondent No.1. It is the contention of the Applicant that name of Respondent No.1 is 'Rajesh' and instead in the Appeal Memo, it has been mentioned as 'Rajendra'.

Therefore, for the reasons set out in the application, applicant is allowed to correct the name of Respondent No.1 as 'Rajesh' .

Interim Application is allowed in above terms with no order as to costs.
