This Application is preferred by the Plaintiffs for fixing early date of hearing of the First Appeal on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this court, vide order dated 02/08/2013 in Civil Application No.2652/2013 expedited hearing of the First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

3004.14-caf averments made in the Application and also on the basis of circular dated 03/08/2009 issued by this court, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

i) Office is directed to place the First Appeal on board for final hearing in weekly board, as per its turn in the matters pertaining to senior citizen.

ii) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
