1] This application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the decree, by submitting that the matter is kept before the trial Court, today for sale of house belonging to the applicant. It is urged that the decree passed is exparte., as applicant could not remain present before the Court.

2] In view thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree subject to applicant's depositing entire amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.23,25,000/-, in the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from today.

3] On failure of the applicant to deposit the entire amount of 1/2

28 CAF 3085 of 2018.odt compensation within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall automatically stand vacated.

4] Application stands disposed off.
