The learned APP has submitted that in the present case, the trial has commenced and the witness is already in the witness box. The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case Nos. 547 of 2015 and 88 of 2016 shall make an endeavour to expedite the trial as far as possible and shall not give any adjournment either to the prosecution or to the accused who are enlarged on bail (SMT.
