Complainant as well as applicant are present. The consent terms are duly signed by them as well as their advocates. Applicant was protected by interim order of this Court dated 24.07.2018 and, thereafter, issue has been amicably resolved by the parties, in terms of compromise Waghmare 1/2

ORDER

i) Interim protection in favour of applicants stands confirmed in terms of settlement.
