1. None for the applicants when the matter was called out. I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1(a) has no objection if the order dated 25th July, 2014 passed by this Court is recalled and the Civil Revision No.99 of 2003 is restored to file. The statement is accepted.

2. The applicants have made out a case for recall of the order on the condition that no unnecessary adjournment would be sought by the applicants as and when the said civil revision application is 1/2

The order dated 25th July, 2014 is accordingly recalled. The Civil Revision Application No.99 of 2003 is restored to file along with interim order, if any, on the condition that the applicants would not seek any unnecessary adjournment in the matter as and when the civil revision application is called out. 4.

The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
