We have perused the order dated 29 November 2017 wherein the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners was recorded that in order to show their bonafides, the Petitioners would deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in this Court within a period of one week. Office note indicates that the Petitioners have not deposited the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/-.

In the circumstances, we dismiss the Petition for non-compliance of the order dated 29 November 2017.
