The applicant is in custody for 4 years and 1/2 month. The applicant prays for withdrawal of the application. It is however requested that the trial be expedited. 2.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn. The request for expediting trial may be made by the applicant to the trial Court which may be considered by the trial Court on its own merits and depending on the workload. 3.

Considering that the applicant is in custody for 4 years and 1/2 month, liberty to apply after 6 months if the trial does not progress substantially.
