Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petition is filed before this Court seeking quashment of the first information report bearing Crime No. 34/2021 registered at Khadki Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 417 of IPC and during the pendency of the Petition the investigating agency concluded the exercise of investigation by filing charge-sheet before the competent Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is desirous of availing Umesh Malani

2.WP.5130.2021.doc other legal remedies including the filing of application before the competent Court of jurisdiction seeking discharge. On these submissions, learned Counsel for Petitioner prayed for an withdrawal of the Petition.

In view of these facts, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
