ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner conceded the position that in view of the constitution of Armed Forces Appellate Tribunal under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 matter be transferred to the Appellate Tribunal for final disposal and passing appropriate orders. We accordingly direct the Registry to transfer this matter to the office of the Armed Forces Appellate Tribunal.
