Counsel for the non-applicant on instructions informs that non-applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5000/- with the Family Court, Solapur where the proceedings being Marriage Petition No.A-21 of 2021 are pending. Out of the aforesaid amount on each date when the applicant physically attends the proceedings at Solapur, she will be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.2500/-. 2.

Counsel for the non-applicant assures that non-applicant shall go on depositing amount of Rs.5000/- till the disposal of the said proceedings.

Considering the distance between Solapur and Baramati which is around 150 kms. one way, an amount of Rs.2500/- towards travel and out of pocket expenses would meet the ends of justice. BGP.

That being so, in my opinion, prayer for transfer need not be gone into at this stage.

Application as such stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
