Hence following order:- a) Writ Petition No. 7049 of 2018 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

b) The Applicant to remove all office objections as per order dated 2nd July, 2018 in Writ Petition within three weeks from today. c) The Applicant has to pay costs of Rs.5,000/-. d) Costs to be paid within four weeks from today. e) Costs to be paid to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within stipulated time as stated hereinabove and place on record the receipt to that effect failing which the Civil Application stands dismissed without further reference to Court.
