Learned counsel for petitioners tenders copy of order dated 30th July 2021 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 60th Court, Kurla, Mumbai, which indicate that the applicant therein is absent and no steps were taken to proceed with matter. Repeated opportunities were given to the applicant therein to proceed with the matter. The proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act are disposed of for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel, therefore, submitted that this petition has become infructuous in view of dismissal of proceedings under D.V.Act.

In view of aforesaid circumstances, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
