Petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has retired on superannuation on 31.10.2016, his retiral benefits have not been released by the respondent - Corporation. His representations are also kept pending.

We dispose of this petition directing the respondent - Corporation to release the retiral benefits as prayed for by the petitioner within a period of three months from today if there is no impediment in the way of doing so. If there is any requirement or short fall to be done or expected to be done

If for any reason, legal or factual, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted to the petitioner, the respondent - Corporation will inform the petitioner in writing, within the aforesaid period. In that eventuality, liberty to the petitioner to challenge the decision as per law.
