By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 163 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Khadki Cantonment, Pune, and the order dated 27th August, 2021, passed under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, by the said Court and consequently, the Wakodikar 1/2

11. WP 3430-2021.doc FIR registered vide C.R.No.151 of 2021 with the Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune.

Learned APP has tendered a report of PSI L.R.Satpute attached to Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune city, dated 3rd March, 2023. The said report is taken on record. In the said report, it is stated that the police, after investigation, have filed a 'C' Summary Report and that the said report has been accepted by the concerned Court vide order dated 11th November, 2022.

Consider the said report, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. Hence, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
