In furtherance of the earlier order passed on 06.09.2018, it is informed that the property at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai has been purchased by Respondent-wife and she submits that she was able to do so by obtaining loan. As agreed, she has also paid an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the Petitioner which he acknowledge to have received. 2.

The Respondent makes a statement that she will not state any claim in any of the property of the Petitioner nor would she claim any amount towards maintenance for herself and for her children at any point of time in future, in light of the aforesaid settlement already fructified between the parties.

In the light of the said settlement, parties are before the Court today and submit that since the monetary terms are now settled, they would take steps for dissolution of marriage by approaching appropriate forum within a period of two weeks. The said settlement is arrived at by both the parties on their own volition and they undertake to abide by the same.

Since the marital discord between the parties is now settled, Writ Petition No. 2862 of 2017 is disposed off.
