None appears for the appellant. The Appeal is admitted on 22nd June, 2015. A report is received from the Virar Police Station stating that notice could not be served upon respondent no.1 as he is not residing at the given address and on inquiry it is revealed that he is residing at his native place. The appellant is, therefore, directed to furnish fresh address of respondent no.1 within a period of four weeks from today. If such address is not furnished within the stipulated time, Appeal would stand dismissed for non-prosecution without reference to the Court.
