By this petition, which is filed in the form of PIL under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking the following reliefs:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate Writ, Order, direction to respondent No.2 to appoint CBI to conduct investigation in respect of letter dated 28/7/2015 on such terms and condition as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate Writ, Order, direction to direct Respondent No.3 to issue Show Cause Notice against the MLA's, MLC's and Municipal Counsellor who had been written a letter dated 28.7.2015 to Hon'ble President of India.

(c) Any other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may 1/2

In our view, there is no public interest involved and this Court cannot give such directions to Respondent No.2 to appoint CBI to conduct investigation in respect of letter dated 28.7.2015 and also direct Respondent No.3 to issue a Show Cause Notice against the MLA's, MLC's and Muncipal Counsellor, who had written a letter to the Hon'ble President of India. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this PIL. PIL is dismissed.
