Heard. By this petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent to transfer the investigation of C.R.No.225 of 2013 from Byculla Police Station to Crime Branch, Mumbai or State CID. Learned APP Mrs. Kejriwal, makes a statement that after completion of the investigation in the said C.R., chargesheet is already submitted before the concerned Magistrate. This statement is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
