This is an application for setting aside the order dated 24th July 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) vide which Writ Petition (St.) No.34254 of 2017 was dismissed and restore the said writ petition to its original position.

Considering the contentions stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 24th July 2018 refusing registration of the writ petition is quashed and set aside. The petition is restored to file. The petitioner shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event, the petitioner fails to comply with the above directions, the Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
