Ghadigaonkar attached to Dadar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed "CSummary Report" in the Court of 5th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dadar Mumbai on 6th February, 2020 and the same has been numbered as CC No.149/CC/2020. That, the said case is now pending before the learned trial Court for further proceedings. 2) In view of the above, present Application for quashing of C.R.
