Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this first appeal, appellant-insurance company is challenging the judgment and award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No.609 of 2010 holding that, the respondent-claimant are entitled to compensation of Rs.20,38,449/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7% per annum. 3.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that they have challenging the impugned judgment and award on the basis of the negligence as well as quantum along with other issues. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and impugned judgment and award the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.

(iii) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (iv) Registry is directed to call for Record and Proceedings.

(v) Mr.Yuvraj P. Narvankar waives service for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
