Heard. Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed accordingly. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 18th April 2018 is quashed and set aside and the Petition stands restored as against Respondent Nos.1 and 2. The Petitioner shall take steps to comply with the deficiencies within a period of six weeks from today.
