Dusane 2/2 2 caw 1466.2018.doc seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) deposited in this Court, pursuant to the order dated 21st November, 2016. Since the parties are exploring the possibilities of amicable settlement and have also agreed that the said amount would be adjusted towards fnal fgure of settlement, the permission needs to be granted. 2.

The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only), which is deposited.

With the above direction, the application stands disposed of partly.
