Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner - Shri Mahadik submits that order impugned in this Petition is an interim order passed by the Industrial Court dated 23/01/2001 passed below Exhibit U-2. This Court on 13/03/2001, issued Rule on the Petition and granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). This Court further observed that "it is made clear that pendency of this Petition shall not influence the matter pending in the Industrial Court for disposing of the main 1/2

The Petition is of the year 2001 and therefore in all probability, Complaint of unfair labour practices before the Industrial Court must have been decided. In the event, it is not decided, having regard to the fact that the Complaint is of the year 2001, it is necessary that Industrial Court decides the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of 6 months from today, if not already decided.

Interim order passed by this Court to continue till the decision of the Complaint if not already decided. 4.

Rule is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
