ORDER:

The issue raised in the Petition is as regards the validity of Government Resolution dated 1 August 2001 of the Respondent No.1/State. The said Government Resolution has been held valid by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Mont Blanc Co-operative Housing Society Limited vs. The State of Maharashtra, 2007(2) Bom. C.R. 533.

In the circumstances, we dismiss the Petition in terms of the judgment in the aforesaid reported case of Mont Blanc Co-operative Housing Society Limited.
