6TH NOVEMBER 2017 PC:- The only prayer made by the petitioners in the instant petition is for a direction against the respondent no.4, Chief Officer, Chandwad Municipal Council, Taluka Chandwad, Dist. Nashik to grant approval / sanction to the revised layout plan submitted by the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 states that revised layout plan is not submitted by the petitioners to the respondent no.4 and if the petitioners submit the same to the respondent no.4, the same could be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with permission to the petitioners to submit the proposal for sanctioning the revised layout plan within three weeks and with a direction against the respondent no.4 to decide the proposal for sanctioning 1/2
