The petition is filed seeking quashment of proceeding of criminal case No.982/PW/2020 pending on the file of learned Magistrate, 66th Court at Andheri, Mumbai, and arising out of FIR No.I016 of 2019 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354(d) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial has been commenced and, as such, he prayed for withdrawal of the petition. At his request, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
