At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP stated that trial has already commenced. She stated that an endeavour will be made to conclude the trial expeditiously.

In view of the said statement made by the learned APP, Mr. Shendge, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months in case there is no substantial progress in the trial.
