Petitioner could not comply with Clause-iv(c) of the consent order, for want of Pancard of Master, Shalin, in whose name petitioner has agreed to invest certain amount in

Respondent in person, informed that, Master Shalin does not hold Pancard; however, once Pancard is issued, she shall approach the Bank and ensure that amount is invested in the fixed-deposits as per consent order. Respondent no.1 in person also assures that agreed amount shall be held in the fixed-deposit, until Master Shalin attains majority. Statement of respondent is accepted. 3.
