Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2- The Authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner, Mantralaya, to dispose of the petitioner's revision, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit I", pages 70-83 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Authorized Chief Settlement Commissioner, Mantralaya, shall decide the petitioner's revision on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
