DATED : 28th MARCH 2023 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application seeking suspension of sentence and for release on bail, the learned counsel state that the applicants have been incarcerated for more than 5 years and they have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment of 12 years. She therefore, request that the appeal shall be expeditiously heard as the NDPS case pertain to the year 2018.

While admitting the appeal, the record and proceedings were called for, but the Registry has noted that the record and proceedings with paper book is not received. Let the Registry expedite the calling of record and proceedings and the Ashish

Pursuant thereto, the appellant is at liberty to take out an application seeking urgent hearing of the appeal, which the Court may consider sympathetically in the wake of more than half of the sentence being undergone by the appellants.

With the aforesaid direction the application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
