1) The reasons for granting interim relief are elaborately mentioned in the Order dated 5th August 2016. The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 5th August 2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. She further submitted that the mobile phone of the applicant has been seized and the same has now been sent for forensic analysis.

2) In view of the above, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. The interim relief granted by Order dated 5th August 2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is hereby directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m. 2.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet.
