This civil application is moved by the petitioners to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 Champalal Ghisulal Saklecha who expired on 17th April 2008.

2] Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact of demise of respondent No.1 was made known to the petitioner in

2017 and immediately thereafter, this application was moved. He also submits that the delay in filing the same may also be condoned.

3] Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits to the orders of the Court.

4] In these circumstances, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of respondent No.1 be brought on record. Amendments be carried out forthwith. Issue notices to the legal heirs of respondents. Returnable 4 weeks.
