By this revision application, the husband is challenging interim order of maintenance granted by the learned Magistrate confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge. The learned Magistrate, on the basis of the assets and liabilities filed by the wife and also on the basis of the assets and liabilities filed by the petitioner, recorded a finding of fact that the interim monetary relief of Rs.10,000/- would suffice. The finding recorded by the Courts below is based on the averments made by the parties and on the basis of the affidavits filed by the parties. At the stage of grant of interim maintenance, the Court is not expected to make detailed inquiry but the scope of inquiry is limited to the extent of considering the prima facie pleadings made by the parties and the affidavits filed by the parties.

In that view of the matter, both the Courts have recorded finding of grant of interim maintenance based on pleadings of parties. No error of jurisdiction is pointed out. 3.
