Prosecution case against the applicant is, he has facilitated the transportation of the liquor from the State of Goa to State of Maharashtra. The entire stock of liquor was seized from the vehicle.

Maximum punishment provided for the offence is 3 to 5 years.

There are no criminal antecedents against the applicant, as such application is allowed.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C. R. No.207 of 2021 registered by Flying Squad, Mumbai for the offence BGP.

Applicant stands disposed of.
