1) This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties and to remain on cash bail. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as a matter of fact the applicants have already submitted sureties and the process of verification is completed. He further submitted that the process of accepting the sureties is remained and the same will be completed within a period of three weeks from today. 2) In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application the period to furnish the sureties is extended by four weeks from today and as a consequence thereof, the period to remain on cash bail is extended by four weeks from today.. 3) Application is accordingly disposed off.
