The Applicant apprehends his arrest in Crime No.355 of 2023 registered with Ville Parle Police Station, BrihanMumbai for the offence punishable under section 153-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

By order dated 17 July 2023, the Applicant was granted interim protection.

Learned APP states that pursuant to order dated 17 July 2023, the Applicant has reported the Investigating Officer and he has 1 / 2

In the light of the said statement, interim bail granted by order dated 17 July 2023 stands confirmed.

The Applicant shall not interfere with the first informant and in any manner. The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required for investigating purpose. 6.
