The claim has been settled for Rs.4,71,317/-. The original claimants have already withdrawn Rs.3,00,000/- and the balance amount has been invested in the Fixed Deposits. As such, the claimant is entitled to withdraw Rs.1,71,317/- only, with interest accrued thereon. It be paid to the claimant. Appellants is entitled to withdraw Rs.25,000/- deposited by it under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act. The Appeal is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
