Leanred counsel for the Applicant submits that this court vide order dated 17th July, 2015 has granted bail to the Applicant and while granting bail this Court has imposed the condition that Applicant shall deposit his passport in the trial Court. Accordingly, 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 901-IA-2534-2023.doc Applicant has deposited his passport before the trial Court. Applicant's daughter wants to obtain the passport but, for that purpose, she needs passport of the Applicant to produce it before the passport Authorities. Hence requested to allow the Application. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, I pass following order:-

ORDER

i.

Application is partly allowed.

ii.

Applicant is permitted to take his passport from the trial Court to produce it before the passport Authorities in respect of obtaining passport of his daughter. iii.

After the completion of formalities, Applicant shall deposit the said passport before the trial court. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
