This Application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Arvind Pandurang Shelar who died on 4th September, 2018 during the pendency of the Appeal. However before Arvind Pandurang Shelar is brought on record Arvind also died. So this Applicant is for Manoj

2 32-IA-18017-2022.doc bringing legal heirs of Arvind on record. The Appellants were not aware of pendency of the appeal and that therefore they are brought on record. It is therefore delay of 3 years 6 months caused in filing this Application. 2.
