The Applicant/Intervenor seeks withdrawal of Rs.5,00,000/- which was deposited pursuant to the order dated 02/05/2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application. The said order was passed on the basis of the affidavit filed by the Applicants. In the affidavit, the Applicants had given no objection to pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the first informant.
