This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and also to extend cash security granted by this Court. 3.

The applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 24th April, 2017. Thereafter, the applicant preferred an application seeking modification of order. By order dated 30th May, 2017, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash security of one lakh and time to execute surety was extended by eight weeks. 1/2

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that on account of several difficulties, the surety is not yet furnished. It will take some more time to comply the said directions. It is, therefore, prayed that time stipulated in order dated 30th May, 2017 for execution of surety and as well as cash security granted by this Court be extended by further period of eight weeks. 5.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant, the time stipulated in order dated 30th May, 2017 is extended to a period of eight weeks from today. 6.

Application stands disposed of.
