The grievance of the petitioners is that his application dated 9.10.2015 submitted before respondent no.2, seeking correction to the map relating to the land bearing Gut No. 467 situate at Varsai, Taluka Pen,l District Raigad, as non agricultural, has not been considered and decided as yet.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's pending application Exh. K

37-wp-12284.2016.sxw as expeditiously as possible but not latter than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to say that we have not expressed our opinion about the merits of the petitioner's claim and the Authority is free to decide the petitioner's application on its own merits by taking note of all the relevant records. 4.

Petition is disposed of.
