Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11th April, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2832 of 2017, directing the applicant to report to the investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of every month, between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., for a period of 12 months or till the filing of the supplementary charge-sheet, whichever is earlier.

It is not in dispute that the applicant has been reporting to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as directed by this Court vide order dated 11th April, 2018, for a period of 12 months. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 11th April, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2832 of 2017, directing the applicant to report to the investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of every month, between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., for a period of 12 months or till the filing of the supplementary charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, stands relaxed.
