Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the intervener and the learned APP for the State. 2.

The learned APP. submitted that after investigation, it is revealed that the complaint lodged by the complainant is false and the police are in the process of filing "B-Summary" report before the Court of competent jurisdiction. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an order dated 21.7.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is hereby waived.
