Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. This is an application at the instance of society. There is absolutely no reason or ground to permit the Applicant - society to intervene in a petition filed by Mr Anil Taral in a challenge to the order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The Applicant cannot be permitted to intervene as it is not a necessary party to the petition. On this ground alone, the application is required to be rejected and accordingly the same is rejected.
