The only clarification sought is that since Exhibit 5 which is an application for temporary injunction is pending, same be decided by the learned trial Judge, uninfluenced by the order dated 18.7.2022 whereby, statusquo is denied on the premise that the plaintiff did not challenge the order of learned Mamlatdar.

The clarification sought is reasonable. In any event, application Exhibit 5 shall have to be decided on its own merits and uninfluenced by earlier observation.

With the clarification supra the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
