DATED : 16th JULY 2018 P.C:- The issue raised in this petition i.e. request to amend the Import General Manifest ("IGM" for short) and insert or substitute the name of the petitioner therein is covered by two orders passed by this Court, copies of which have been handed over. (Writ Petition No.12846 of 2016 and Writ Petition No.7157 of 2018). We do not think that the issue raised is, in any way different, and therefore, this writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in the above writ petitions.
