Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.

By this application, the applicants seek extension of time of four weeks to furnish surety and to comply with the directions in the order dated 01.07.2015 passed in B.A.No.1061 of 2015 by this Court (CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.). Vide order dated 01.07.2015, this

Court had enlarged the applicant on bail. Para 3 of the said order reads thus :- "(iii) Applicant be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.

25,000/- for a period of 4 weeks during which period, applicant shall furnish one or two solvent sureties in the like amount."

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has not been able to arrange for the sureties and hence, seeks extension of time.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed and time is extended by a period of four weeks so as to enable the applicant to comply with the order dated 01.07.2015.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
